Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing
Join us for a beautiful experience in the lovely San Carlos Community Garden. Nicole teaches a heart based restorative yoga class that aligns beautifully with Liz’s otherworldly voice and variety of instruments – singing bowls, native drum, koshi chimes etc. Nicole has a deeply rooted practice and has embraced yoga since the early 90’s, teaching since 2009 and loving it. Liz discovered her gift of sound healing 9 years ago and has been sharing it in yoga classes, private sessions and sacred ceremonies ever since. They have been involved at San Carlos Community Garden since May of 2020 and enjoy growing food and flowers in their 2 plots.

Every year the Master Gardeners of SD organization presents a day of gardening classes and workshops called “Spring Seminar.” Last year we had to cancel the event, and this year we are again not able to offer it in-person.
However, this year the seminar is going virtual and will allow attendees to watch the classes and workshops from home during the entire week of March 20-28.
Registration is now open, so sign up today!
Read the flyer and go to the website at the end of the following announcement for more information and sign up.
