Open to the Public
The garden is open to the public each Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00am for the all to enjoy! Come on by to meet other gardeners or even a new neighbor. Bring a book, paint, take a walk, get inspired, do yoga, or get a personalized tour with one of our Garden docents.

Garden Education Workshops
Held on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 9:00-10:30 am, our Garden Education Workshops are led by local subject matter experts who share expert advice, tips, tricks and more to help improve your gardening skill. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE.

Playtime in the Garden
Spark your child's creativity, engage their senses, and stimulate their interest in the natural world!
9 Weeks of instructor led Playtime in the Garden June 11th - August 6th every Thursday 9:00 - 10:45 a.m.
Limited to 15 children each week. Must register in advance and guardian must be a Garden Member - click here for more info and registration.

Produce Swap
Join us on the 4th Saturday of every month from 9:30 to 11:00am for our Produce Swap! Bring your fruit, veggies, herbs, flowers, and recipes and swap with one another! This is what Growing Community is all about!

Yoga in the Garden
Join us for Gentle Yoga in the Garden every Sunday from 9:00 - 10:00. (NOTE: this expanded schedule starts January 2026.) Participants will be guided through 60-minutes of gentle yoga, breathwork and mindful meditation. All ages and abilities welcome. Arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot. Please bring your own mat/towel or chair. FREE EVENT for members, $5 Donation suggested for non-members.

If you are looking to start composting at your home, or would like to learn more about the process and benefits of composting come get your hands dirty with our Compost Posse, fourth Saturday of the month from 9:30-11:00am.

Meditation in the Garden
Join our FREE Meditation in the Garden series held every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm. This peaceful hour will introduce participants to the practice of focusing on the present moment, without judgment, to cultivate awareness and well-being. Seating is available, though if you prefer, feel free to bring your own chair. Includes a gratitude tea ceremony Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in. FREE EVENT for members, $5 Donation suggested for non-members.

Garden Drum Cicle
Every Thursday from 6-7pm! (*New time starting July 2026)
Come drum with us! All ages and levels are welcome to join our community drum circle led by internationally trained music instructor, Aaron Irwin. Together we will co-create our rhythmic spirit and express our collective groove during this fun and inclusive drumming experience. Some instruments will be provided, or bring your own. FREE EVENT.

Orchard Care
Learn the ins and outs of caring for fruit trees - no experience required - just an interest to help and learn. Help can be conducted Saturdays from 9-11 or during the week with our Orchard Care Gardener, Alan. If interested, email us at info@sancarloscommunitygarden.com.
