Healthy soil produces healthy crops!  In this workshop, SCCG volunteer and soil specialist, Jim Hyde, will describe and show participants what is meant by Soil Health, soil types, testing, organic matter, soil structure, nutrients, and soil ecology and how a living soil relates to a healthy and productive garden.  When Jim is not volunteering with SCCG, he works as an agronomist specializing in soil nutrition, soil health, cover crops and regenerative agriculture.  Come to this workshop to expand your soil knowledge!
